Spearheading Multi-Media Works is Karen Lustgarten. She brings 20 years of award-winning media experience in video, PR, print, TV and social media from San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington, DC and South Florida.

Karen has worked behind the video camera, in front of the TV camera, behind the journalism desk, out front interviewing on Hollywood’s red carpet and inside TV studios as a guest expert.  She has written/produced videos on six of seven continents (missing Australia, on the bucket list).

Accolades include Telly and Palm awards for video productions, a regional Emmy Award nomination and a book on the New York Times Best Seller List.  Her image is on a U.S. postage stamp. Read more

Diane specializes in media marketing for businesses in a variety of industries, including for nonprofits. She develops and implements strategic avenues to brand, expose and promote your remarkable work with fresh compelling storytelling in video.

Diane was Executive Director and Communications Director of Florida Nonprofits (formerly FANO). She holds a Sunshine Certificate in Nonprofit Management and is a graduate of Leadership North Broward.

Sandy Schwartz — Video Editor

Sandy worked as a top film and television editor, technical supervisor and colorist in Hollywood for 35 years before moving to Florida. He was the first colorist to work in HDTV and worked long term as a telecine operator.  He created special effects and edited short and long-form projects, trailers, network promos, sports shows, documentaries, TV pilots and more. They include Michael Jackson’s “Bad” music video, “True Stories” with David Byrne and “Total Access” (NFL Films) to name a few.  Sandy edits on Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid, FCPX and Davinci Resolve.

Will brings 30 years of television production and photography experience with seven Emmy Awards in commercials for local and national brands. He is a Rhode Island Arts Fellow in Film and Creative Direction. Will also serves as a community volunteer patient mentor.

Adam Schwartz – Social Media Manager

Adam has been a Certified Technical Support Specialist for 17 years. His expertise includes Microsoft 365, Google Business Suite, Windows, Mac, iOS, Android devices, the major social media platforms and newsletter software programs.

Scott began his lifelong IT career in childhood mastering computers and software programs throughout his school years. In addition to an expertise in SEO and digital marketing, he works on multiple computer platforms and operating systems and is proficient in more than 15 coding languages.
